Frequently Asked Questions
The White Fallow Do you allow outside catering?
Yes, we do allow outside catering. The White Fallow does not have a caterer on-site, however, we can provide you with a list of preferred caterers to help you get started!
Can we supply our alcohol?
You are welcome to supply your alcohol for your event but your caterer or whoever is pouring MUST have a liquor license and licensed bartenders.
How many hours do you allow per event?
You will be allowed 12 hours on the day of your event and an additional 1 ½ hours for rehearsal time the day before based on availability. Additional time is available at $300 an hour. (Seasonal)
Does the White Fallow Estate provide an event director?
We do have a facility director who will be present the day of your event to make sure your event runs smoothly however, this person is not considered a wedding planner or wedding coordinator. Again, we are happy to provide a list of our preferred planners.
Do you offer an outdoor space?
Yes, we have a beautiful green space overlooking the lake available for your ceremony and/or reception. Please schedule an appointment to tour the full grounds of the White Fallow Estate.
How many people can the barn accommodate?
The barn can accommodate 150 and up to 200 comfortably for the ceremony and reception.
Is there a room for the Bride to get ready?
Yes, the Bridal suite is located in the main house and is included in your rental fee for the bride and bridesmaids. The suite offers all the amenities of a large, beautifully decorated bridal salon.
Is there a room for the groom?
Yes, there is a room for the groom as well as his groomsmen to gather before the ceremony in the barn. The room is comfortable, chic yet casual while meeting all of the needs of the groom and his tribe.
Are there other charges associated with the rental of the venue?
Yes, there will be a service charge of 20% added to the total bill to cover the cost of set up, tear down, and cleaning of the venue.
Are tables and chairs included in my rental price?
Yes, your rental fee includes 72” round tables, 8’ farm tables, and fruitwood Chiavari chairs to accommodate your final guest headcount.
Are linens included in my rental?
No, the White Fallow Estate does not rent linens but will be happy to supply you with a list of vendors that can help you with these.
Is there a required security deposit?
Yes, there is a security deposit of $750 to cover any unforeseen damages that may occur during your event.
What do I need to do next?
To hold your date we require 50% of the non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. The rental fee is due with the return of the signed rental agreement. The date of the event is not reserved until this payment and the signed rental agreement are received. The rental fee is nonrefundable. The remaining balance is due no later than 30 days before your event date.
