The vintage white barn seats up to 200 guests for ceremonies and receptions, with additional outdoor lakeside capacity. Smaller celebrations are welcome too: we've hosted anniversaries and parties in the Prime Mansion's lower level with its adjoining outdoor space, outdoor ceremonies near the barn, and gatherings across the twelve acres. Tell us your guest count and we'll match the space to it.

Yes, we're an open-vendor estate. Bring the caterer, planner, decorator, DJ, and traditions you love; we just ask that vendors carry standard licensing and insurance. Tables, chairs, and linens for barn celebrations are included.

That's the whole idea. Two private mansions sleep up to 36 guests, so your closest family stays on the estate for the entire celebration. For everyone else, multiple hotels (Hampton Inn, Courtyard by Marriott, Holiday Inn Express) sit ten minutes away near the Mall of Georgia, along with dining, shopping, and entertainment.

Yes: haldi at the lakeside, mehendi and sangeet in the barn, baraat on the drive, pheras around a real agni, nikkah and walima, tea ceremonies, and every tradition in between. Multi-day packages with both mansions are our specialty.

Accessible restrooms are available at the barn. The historic residences are not wheelchair accessible, and we're happy to plan around this with you.

Private tours run seven days a week by appointment. Book online in two minutes or call (678) 467-9160. Tours take about an hour.

Fall weekends and multi-day weddings book 12 to 18 months out. A date-changeable deposit is what holds your date.
