We keep a short list of vendors we trust with our couples: planners, photographers, caterers, mehendi artists, dhol players, and more. It's free to apply, and spots are earned.

We review
We read every application personally: portfolio, reviews, insurance. If it looks like a fit, we set up a quick call and a walkthrough of the estate.

You're on the list
Approved partners go in front of every couple who books the estate: our planning guide, direct referrals, open houses, and styled shoots.
The Partner Terms
Simple terms, in plain English
Free to join, always
No application fee, no listing fee. A spot on the list is earned with quality and professionalism. It can't be bought.
When we send you business
If we personally introduce you to a booked couple and they sign with you, we ask a 10% partner referral fee on that contract. It never raises the couple's price: referred clients get your standard rates. Prefer not to do referral fees? Say so in your application. You can still be listed.
When you send us business
Refer a couple who books their wedding at White Fallow and we send you $500 when their contract and deposit clear. $250 for other events. No cap.
What we expect
Current general liability insurance (certificate collected on approval), any licenses your trade requires, and the level of care our couples expect from us.
Never exclusive
White Fallow is an open-vendor estate. Couples can bring any licensed, insured vendor with no penalty fee, and you're free to work any venue you like. A listing means we recommend you. Nothing more, nothing less.
Honest with couples
We tell every couple, in plain words, that some partners share a referral fee with us. Trust is the whole product here.

Why White Fallow
Twelve lakefront acres, a 200-seat white barn, and two mansions that sleep 36. Our couples plan full weekends, not four-hour receptions, and many host multi-day South Asian celebrations. Partners who know the property get booked back.
