This website is operated by The H Reserve, LLC, doing business as White Fallow Estate ("we," "us"). By using the site, submitting an inquiry, or booking a tour, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. This site and our messaging programs are intended for users 18 years of age or older.

Inquiries, tours & bookings

Information on this site — including packages, availability, and photography — is provided to help you plan and may change without notice. Submitting an inquiry or booking a tour does not reserve a date. Event reservations become binding only under a signed rental agreement and deposit, whose terms control over anything on this site.

Text messaging terms

When you share your phone number with us through our inquiry or tour form, or by texting or calling us first, you agree that White Fallow Estate may text you about your own inquiry or event: answers to your questions, tour scheduling, confirmations and reminders, and follow-ups you've asked for. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of booking or purchase.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, and HELP for help or contact info@whitefallowestate.com. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Our content

The photography, text, and branding on this site belong to White Fallow Estate or are used with permission. Please don't reproduce them commercially without asking us first — for anything personal (sharing with your planner, saving inspiration), enjoy.
