The story
Named by the land itself
Before this was a venue, it was a working horse farm, and among the wild deer that crossed the pastures was a rare white fallow deer. The name stayed.
Today the estate is family-owned and family-run. We live with this land: the twelve acres, the lake, the vintage white barn, the two mansions. And we host every celebration the way we'd host our own: personally, warmly, and with the porch lights on.
When you tour, you'll meet us, not a sales office. When you celebrate, we're the ones making sure the weekend runs. And when your guests ask how you found this place, you'll get to tell them about the white deer.
